I’m trying to save the pivot point in a new location but can’t seem to find the “save pivot to pre-pivot” anymore

This was an option that was available in UDK, but has not been added to UE4 currently.
You can temporarily move the pivot by using the MMB and selecting the White Sphere on the Move tool to adjust the pivot. It will revert back to the original location though after a couple of clicks not selecting the mesh.
