In UE 5.8, you can access the Keyboard Shortcuts by going to Edit - Keyboard Shortcuts, as shown in the screenshot. Alternatively, you can use the shortcut Ctrl + Alt + K to open it directly.

Thank you. It may be caused by the cache when migrating an old project. After deleting the Intermediate and Saved folders and reopening, the option appears.
