Well it isn’t available on the official links for the icons and logos: Unreal Engine Branding Guidelines and Trademark Usage - Unreal Engine
So it may not be available for use outside of their official use.
I see some indie games use it. So maybe everyone can use it. But idk where download source of this logo.
