where can I find documents on blueprint API?

Hi guys:
to learn unreal engine, finding documents on blueprint API seems hard for me. As when i learn Ik in control rig, where can i find the description on Basic IK node? without description on such API, it’s hard for me to learn and use it .

The complete api reference is available from epic a quick google will find this.

Anything more detailled i suggest you do a search for some tutorials on the spifics you require ( ie IK)
