Where can i find a Debug Version of lib WebRTC?

In source code of UE4 & UE5， I only found a Release lib webrtc ：
Engine/Source/ThirdParty/WebRTC/4147\Lib\Win64\Release\webrtc.lib

Can I get a corresponding win64 lib webrtc with some debug symbols ?
