Hi, can anyone tell me where I can download the 2017 version of Visual Studio? I’m trying to build my project and I constantly get error messages that Unreal needs an installation of Visual Studio 2017. The only version which I could find for download is the 2019 version which doesn’t work with Unreal 4.24.

You can still download older versions here Visual Studio Older Downloads - 2017, 2015 & Previous Versions Microsoft just really wants you to download the latest version so it is kinda hidden if you go to the official Visual Studio page.
