Where can i download unreal engine 4.25 plus compiled?

So recently i wanted to mod one game but its on the unreal engine 4.25 Plus i was even trying to compile from source but after 10 biura of compiling shader compiler worker doesnt work and is there other way to download this version compiled ?

Is this for Windows? If so you can install the binary version from the Epic Launcher, click the “+” sign at the top of the window, then select the version from the newly added icon:
