Whenever I try to download anything from the fab client, it always shows Error Code: FAB-FAB001.

Steps to Reproduce
I want to import the materials in Fab into C4D. When I click on “Export”, it shows a download error. Even when I click on “Only Download”, it still results in an error. As a client with such a large number of users, it’s unbelievable that there could be such a basic mistake.
