When working in UE5.1.1, FPS drops a lot

Hello everyone, when transferring the project from 4.27 to 5.1.1, I noticed strong fps drawdowns when opening several content browsers on the second monitor. If you minimize all windows on the second monitor and leave only the viewport on the first monitor, the FPS increases by 30-40 frames. There were no such problems on the same PC in 4.27, even with three monitors.

My PC:
EVGA RTX 3070Ti, The latest driver
R5 2600
32GB
SSD

2 FullHD monitors

I use lumens and virtual shadows, disabling them does not solve the problem.
I also tested the same
empty location in UE4 and UE5, in UE4 120fps in UE5 70fps, with the same UI layout and two monitors.

If someone has found a solution, please let us know any ways to solve the problem.
