When will we be able to package for Xbox?

Epic has been talking about adding Xbox packaging functionality for about 2 years now, anyone know when that will happen?

Yes, I have an Xbox license. My game has been accepted by Microsoft and I have access and logins to all tools.
Yes, I have tried to package from source code pulled from Github, it has been an absolute nightmare.

I’m at a complete standstill until an Xbox packaging feature is released on UE4. Is there any word on will that will happen?
