In 5.1 glTF exporter ships directly with UE.
It should be in your list of plugins.

Amazing, that was truely ships directly. However, I am still waiting for “Metahumans” plugins ready for UE 5.1, and the"Twinmotions asset bundles" for UE 5.1.(It only can add to UE 5.0 and UE 4.27).
