Among our product compositions, there are many products that are divided into products with and without PSD in the same format. This is a divided option for those who want to purchase PSD and use it more appropriately for their game.
I don’t know what the product approval criteria are, but even though they are exactly the same composition but have different parts such as including and excluding PSD, one is approved and one is rejected.
The proof that there is no criteria is that there are several products with this configuration, but some are approved with PSD included and some are approved without PSD included.
They don’t even tell you in detail what needs to be fixed to be approved. You only get automated responses, and there is no further feedback for rejected products.
And you can’t delete rejected products. This problem has not been fixed since the launch last month.
In addition, we are also selling 3D products, and while there were several sales per month when we were in Sketchfab, there has only been one sale since we moved to fab. I think it’s because browsing 3D assets in fab has deteriorated. At least the quality should be maintained at the same level as Sketchfab.
