2 things happen.
- in the final render from the sequencer a character that is set to hidden in game shows up when it shouldnt.
Furthermore, any changes i make in the sequencer (aniamtions,new characters) are not in the final render, its like there is data in the sequencer that cant be changed eventhough it works fine when playing back in the sequencer. (onyl the final render is always the same)
i get this error:

- The media encoder doesnt compile the images into a video.
TLDR: the sequence renders, but it doesnt compile into a video and it renders something different that what is from the sequencer, any changes i do in the sequencer are not in the final render.
