When packaging to Android i get a message saying ConfigBinaryINI doesnt exist

I am working on an endless runner using UE4.7. When i package the game to android device it all runs fine but then i get a message saying that the ConfigBiniry INI is missing from the game destination folder and the packaging process fails. If i package to Windows64 i get the same error but the package completes. For Android it fails… Has anyone got any idea how to fix this please?
