When opening a project in unreal it freeze at 75% loading

I started a new project recently and have stumbled upon this problem. When I try and open my project file, the engine popup opens and begins to display the progress bar but freezes at 75% and then stops any activity. I looked at the task manager, and it isn’t using any CPU or disk, so nothing is loading. The only clue I have is the log file, but google has been of little to no help in solving this issue.

I’ll leave this here and hope it might be more understandable to others since I have very little experience using unreal.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Does this happen ONLY with this one project? All projects?
If it’s all projects you may want to re-install UE.
If it’s one project you might want to duplicate it and delete the config files in the project.

i am not sure. i am building the codebase ue5.0 release with vs2022. and error prompt: “VisualStudioCodeSourceCodeAccess can not be loaded”.
