When Making Roads with Landscape Splines, Is there a way to add Crossroads, T Junctions etc

I’ve been using the Landscape Spline tool for a while making roads for my game, But I was wondering, Is there a way to implement “T Junctions” or crossroads meshes into the road’s spline?

To avoid this:

Any help with this would be appreciated! Thanks.

You can put the t-junction mesh on the control point where they meet instead of the instance, that is the best way.

Thanks for replying, but What’s the best way of doing that? As I’m using Landscape Splines.

You have most of it down, I will explain it to you in steps anyway:

  1. Make a Landscape spline with 2 points. (The 2nd point being the junction)

  2. Select the Junction point and control-click towards the right. Then reselect the junction point again and control-click towards the left. (You have done so in the picture above)

  3. Open the Road-Junction mesh and add 3 sockets as in the picture I have shown.

  4. (IMPORTANT) Make sure that the Red-axis is facing outwards.

  5. Select the Junction point in the landscape spline and add the Junction mesh to it.

  6. It should work fine!

  7. If the joints are a bit off, adjust the socket locations.
