The UI is not only bad, it does not even allow for uploading of all the files necessary to build a proper sellable asset. The lack of a 3D viewer is a giant step back from the experience on sketchfab. If yall werent gonna build a proper platform why did you force us all to migrate? Terrible user experience so far

Fab does have a 3D viewer, which you can access by uploading supported 3D files in the Media section of your listing:

This is the next generation viewer built by the Sketchfab team. We have plenty of improvements to make and new features to add, but it’s there. And, you can add multiple 3D viewers to the same listing, depending on your needs.
We also definitely want to make many quality of life improvements here, such as being able to automatically generate 3D media from the formats you’ve uploaded to the listing, management of the thumbnail(s), etc.
If you’ve migrated from Sketchfab and a 3D viewer was not added automatically during migration, can you share the listing URL(s)?
Additionally, what files are you unable to upload to constitute building a proper sellable asset?
none of these work: https://www.fab.com/portal/listings not even ones I added manually work. I used standard 3D formats like the ones listed. The listings generated no 3D viewer and gave me no means to add texture files. Extremely disappointed in the entire process of migration and uploading so far. Perhaps you guys should have tested it before deployment. Now all my listings are probably broken and wasted a ton of my time.
now I see a button in some to load the 3D viewer but its a terrible choice to not just have it load by default. That was the standard set by sketchfab, which was way better in every way.

When there’s a 3D media on the listing, it now loads by default. For example:

also The sales report shows I made 3 sales. I have not been paid for 2 of them
