I had this issue.
Long story short… I had Epic Games installed on a previous drive. When that drive had an unrecoverable crash, and was removed, the corresponding drive letter no longer existed. (Drive /E:) The letter of the old drive was now my Blu-ray drive. So, I unplugged the burner and assigned the /E: drive to a new external drive. Re-ran the installer without an issue.
