Please edit your post, save the log file into a .txt and use the attach button, it’s getting really messy here.
Alright, since you couldn’t run the installation, another way to get the missing C++ extension is by getting into windows Apps & Features (the place where you usually remove your apps). Search for VS2015 and click on the “Modify” button. Then in the installer make sure to select Visual C++ and all other options there.
