This is your error and it says the C++ Toolchain is missing. You can also find them if you run the Visual Studio installer, click on modify and download them there, or you just download them from the above link.

Alright, since you couldn’t run the installation, another way to get the missing C++ extension is by getting into windows Apps & Features (the place where you usually remove your apps). Search for VS2015 and click on the “Modify” button. Then in the installer make sure to select Visual C++ and all other options there.

What couldn’t you find, the windows search bar, Apps & Features, Visual Studio 2015, the Modify Button, the Visual C++ options? Please be more specific. Also edit your post already, this is the third time now I’m asking you to do it and you are playing with my patience if you constantly refusing to do.

Hey! it looks like the error is caused by a plugin the error exit code 5 is usualy because of a plugin error. In this case it looks like the “CoolDownManager” and “MeleeTrace” and as far as google translates “Sistem belirtilen dosyayı bulamıyor” “The system can not find the specified file.”. Could you try opening an empty project and try to package with these plugins or perhaps update or reinstall them?
