When I try and download Unreal Engine 4.3 to my D: drive it pops up "Error IS-PL01 maximum path length exceeded". What do I do?

I uninstalled from my C: drive and wish to install to my D: drive but for some reason it says the path length is too long. I’m unsure what to do about this. Any help would be appreciated!

what is the exact path you are installing into?
try to install to D:\folder_name directly (folder in root of the drive), that should work.
