When I start the Epic Games Launcher, it doesn't load

I am trying to install Unreal Engine 4, but when I start the Epic Games Launcher it doesn’t come up. In task manager, the process comes up for a few seconds than crashes and exports a log. Thanks in advance.link text

Thank you for posting your log file. Could you also post your dxdiag (system specs) as well?

Unless it is not listed on your dxdiag (which sometimes happens), it looks like you only have an integrated graphics card. You will need to also have a dedicated graphics card in order to run the editor properly.

Here is the problem areas compared to our recommended specs:

Current:

  • Dual-core processor

  • 4 gb RAM

  • Integrated

Recommended:

  • Quad-core

  • Recommended: 8 gb RAM

  • Dedicated DX11 compatible
