This sounds like a windows blue screen problem or possibly a power issue going to your gpu.

Pcs switching off is never a good sign and in general software doesnt cause it unless its a blue screen happening so quick you dont see it.

I would suggest first seeing if this is the case and disable auto reboot on blue screen.

Use the 2nd set of instructions as its easier.

If you get a blue screen, take a photo or wrote down the error message.

If you still get a shut down then i suggest you start looking at hardware, ie insifficient power, check bios settings, overclocking etc etc
