When I installed 2023.2.4 version of twinmotion, I lost the ability to export my model to cloud. Does anybody have this problem?

I am facing the same problem. I have paid for the seat but am still unable to export panorama sets to the Twimnotion cloud. It takes a good amount of time to export, but in the end, it shows ‘export failed.’ I really could use some help.
