I am facing the same problem. I have paid for the seat but am still unable to export panorama sets to the Twimnotion cloud. It takes a good amount of time to export, but in the end, it shows ‘export failed.’ I really could use some help.
I am having the exact same problem. The same message appears. I have emailed support several times but i am still in the same situation. I use the cloud to share projects and have been unable to do so. This is beyond frustrating
