When I import an image from my iPhone into RealtiyCapture, the width and height are recognized in reverse.

When I import an image taken with an iPhone into RealityCapture, the width and height are recognized as reversed, as in the image below.

Is this because the settings in RealityCapture are incorrect?
Or is this just how it is when importing images from an iPhone?

Hello,
were the images somehow modified? Can you also thy the HEIC format?
For some images this can happen, but it is really rare. We tested iPhone images on our site and this wasn’t happening for us.

Hi,
I don’t edit the images.
I don’t use HEIC format, only jpeg.
The same problem occurs with images taken with an Android device (also jpeg).

Can you send some of those images to us?

OK.
How should I send it?

Can you send me your email in PM and I will create a Box place for the data upload?

RealityCapture follows the EXIF data and according to them it is read properly:

It looks like you don’t have the proper codecs.
