When I import a 3d model its always white, lacking the details from the sale picture

I bought some sci fi corridors and I was trying to import it into Unreal but it doesnt show with details and is only white. how do I import it so it has the details of how I thought the models would look when I bought them

but mine look like white with nothing

If it is showing just white. And the textures are there. You are missing your material to make it apply the textures to everything.
Thats what I have run into when getting downloaded assets to learn with.
