I’m trying to open a UE project. When I do, it says “This project requires the Substance plugin. Would you like to download it from the Marketplace?” The [Substance plugin][1] is free to download and install and I have added it to my library. So I click on “Install to Engine” and a screen pops up asking me to select which version of the engine to use. I select 4.14.3 and then click “Install.” The dialog closes but nothing seems to happen. The plugin does not appear to be installed. I don’t know how to proceed. Here are screenshots showing the steps I’ve followed:

Try to execute the epic launcher as admin.
