When hit play the character turn to this

*I download the character from Paragon in Epic

I noticed this issue years ago. It seems that most of, perhaps all “paragon Minions” have a physics simulation activated by default, and that won’t happen with any other Paragon character.

Open the character BP, then select the character mesh, go to details panel and check if its “simulate physics” is checked to true. I know there are issues in the physics assets as well. If you open the minion’s physics assets and press simulate, the results are unstable.

Also, another potential cause can be any collision conflict that might be occurring. In this case, I can’t help you that. The best advice is to install another hero, let’s say Countess, Yin, for instance and do a “side-by-side” comparison (character BP, collision settings, anim BP, skeletal meshes, skeleton and physics assets). Also, select the skeletal mesh, right click, create and assign a new physics asset. Your video shows some sort of “physical animation” is playing by default.

I will be watching this topic to see what other devs would recommend.

Yeah, I’ve found this old thread. The fix is in the physics asset.
