When ever I try to delete my binaries and regenerate them and load my project I get a rebuild manually error?

Hi so when ever I delete my projects binaries, saved and intermediate and regenerate my project then try and boot it up I get a message saying (The following modules are missing or built with a different engine version project name Would you like to rebuild them now), when I press yes I get this message (Project name could not be compiled. Try rebuilding from source manually).

Does any one know why this happens?

I get the same problem. Everyone says that it’s safe to delete binaries its wired. Rebuilding it from my IDE doesn’t solve the problem.
