When duplicating a Level Sequence. "Redirector" is created

It deleted some of them. but I can not delete the others.

Assets Summary Since 29.30 update when I delete a file and replace that file for another, it creates a Redirector file that I cannot delete, I dont want to have these files, I think this is a bug.
