When does the documentation get updated?

The documentation can be essential for using UE4 efficiently. How often does the documentation get updated? Some pages appear to be out of date, as features have moved or changed.

This document while “accurante” about specific features does not include features in the correct order, in the correct places, or new features have been added that have no documentation in that place, for example grid snapping. This feature is under “Level Editor - ViewPorts” but the documentation for grid snapping is in another part of the manual.

“The Editor Preferences window can be opened from the Window menu.”
This is wrong. The Editor Preferences window can be opened from the Edit menu.
Even the screenshot shows a drop down of the Editor menu. I wonder how this was missed.
