When creating a project, there are no assets, only blank

In all guides on the itnternet, when creating a project, people can choose ready-made sets, such as “puzzle”, “Thirb Person”, “Top Down”, etc. I also have only “Blank”

From the launcher itself, I can only choose the version, there is nothing similar in the “Unrel Project Browser” either
