When creating a 2D game, there is a flickering or 'rippling' effect on the sprite background as the character moves

When creating a 2D game in UE4, if the background image is large, there will be a flickering or ‘rippling’ effect when the character is moving. If I open the project in UE5, this issue does not occur, but I am currently not ready to upgrade to UE5.
UE4中制作2D游戏,如果背景图片比较大,角色行走时会出现背景波动的情况,我把项目用UE5打开就不会产生这种情况,但目前还不想升到UE5,还有什么办法可以解决?
