When are touch events in blueprints registered?

I noticed that you can place an InputTouch(TOUCH) node in any blueprint and it will work. I had a few questions that I was hoping someone could answer so that I may optimize my project.

1: Do all blueprints receive touch events or are they only told to when the InputTouch(TOUCH) node is placed?

2: Does a component have to be touched to register touch events?

3: If no to question 2, does the blueprint need to be in camera view to register touch events?

Anyone have an idea?

Only nr. 1 mate, when it’s placed. The touch event works like pressing F or pressing the mouse button. It’ll work all over the screen.
