Wheels are rotated around body 90X in Phat, Why?

I am having a problem with wheels in physics, the wheels when physics is activated are rotated +90 around the pivot.

Here is my asset in 3ds max.

Here in the Unreal Skeleton View(You can see my hierarchy on the left)

But When I go into Phat, This is my result.
This is not simulating.

Check the 3D model axis, make sure it faces Positive X as forward, apply scale and rotation and try again
