Hello,

Thank you for reaching out in the community. If you would like to build a model from scratch within Twinmotion, I would best suggest using primitive objects from Twinmotion's library, such as Box 1m and scaling it's dimensions to create sections that can be duplicated and pieced together to form walls, floors, etc. Apart from using Section cubes as you had mentioned, Twinmotion would not currently have the tools needed to cut a hole in a plane.

The most optimal workflow will be to create the model in a dedicated 3D modeling software and import the file into Twinmotion, where you can then utilize Twinmotion to make enhancements to the scene and render.

Our documentation here will have more information on import methods: Getting Your Content Into Twinmotion

If modeling tools are something that you would be interested in seeing in Twinmotion's future, I would recommend using the +Submit idea button on our Twinmotion Public Roadmap to submit this request to our development team. There, you can provide feedback on how you would like to see a feature implemented and it's importance to you.

Best Regards,

Morgan

To me, Twinmotion is the tool for rendering. It will much easier and quicker to build the model in other tool. Like SketchUp, or some others. I just import the finished model to twinmotion to render.

All the models of constructure were built in SU, all the plants were from TM library.

Thank you for the conclusive and thorough reply!
