You have a direct x 12 problem
Try to swtich to direct x 11 in project setting.
if it does not work try to fix it in the nvidia panel menu
Try updating your graphics driver.
yeah it can be the driver update
or the issue i had similar to this was because of the direct x 12 being enabled.
i had to shift it to direct x 11 and everything worked like before.
