As I said, I can’t understand, how can I use a pose asset? For what I need it?
For Pose Space Deformation:
Pose Assets contains not only a frame of animation. But a curve (sometimes a series of curves) describing the situation of the pose itself. In runtime, a Pose Driver node could compare a final pose, computed or blended, with given pose assets to determine the weighs of blendshapes. Then fix joints bending or improve muscle behaviours.

For Facial expressions:
Predefined facial frames could be apply to your character, in different weights, outputs different facial expressions.
