What to make of "no compatible engine"?

Downloadable learning content that yesterday was compatible with my installed engine (4.14) does now have an exclamation mark that reads “no compatible engine installed” when hovered over, even though the downloads themselves have listed 4.14 as a supported engine.

So; supported engine list says yes, exclamation mark says no. What to make of that?

Is the list of supported engines more likely to be truthful than the exclamation mark, or the other way around?

I downloaded the Blueprint content, which my engine version apparantly both supports and not supports, and it loaded up fine.
