What to do if ArtStation doesn't refund mistaken payment?

The three banking days are already elapsed but the money didn’t appear on my card. @SupportiveEntity, can you help?

Hey there @Etyuhibosecyu! If the seller is unable to respond within 3 business days, let them know by contacting Artstation support at support@artstation.com and they can grant the refund. If the refund has been approved already, it may take up to 10 banking days. You may have to reach back out to Artstation support to see if it’s possible to verify the status of the refund if it goes on longer than 10 banking days.
