Can someone explain to me what all the craziness is that is going on specifically:

Why am I now being forced to update the software? I was forced to update the software on Friday and now all the files that were updated have somethong wrong with them that I have to go through and find and fix. I was then forced to update it again today

Why am I not given an option to bypass the upgrade or revert to the previous version? I am very happy with my Threadripper chip and 3090Ti card as well as the other elements of my systems and do not want to have to be forceed to buy new hardware just to be able to run the latest software properly because of the forced updates. Also, I don’t have the time to spend going through all my files to find and fix what may have broken or why things aren’t rendering as they had in the previous version. I was able to load non updated files ( previous file versions) in the previous versions of twinmotion but now I cannot do that as the previous properly working version of the software is no longer on my computer.
PLEASE FIX THIS OR TELL ME HOW TO BYPASS THE UPDATES ALSO I"D LIKE TO GO BACK TO THE VERSIOM PRIOR TO 2024.1.1 SO I CAN GET MY FILES WORKING PROPERLY AGAIN.

I went to review my previous case and was met with a 404 not found message. I then went to get a list of my previous cases including the one that references the issues here and nothing showed up. Why have my cases been deleted not showing up?

Why is there no direct link to my support cases from my Twinmotion Home page? I always have to do a google search for “Twinmotion Support”, then re-login in like 5 times before I end up where I need to be.
