what the difference between architectural visualization and props ?

sometimes i see people upload prop to market.

i always think AV are used for building ?

All *Scenes *use use Props. Doesn’t matter if its interactive or not.

Both av and props are to fill a scene, but I would expect av items to be high poly, high texture sizes, realistic and some interactivity via blueprints, but not a must the last one.
