Summary

hi,
what the issue with Sanction ?
Just decline it and let us fix it , my god the system is so bad.

all my models coming from sketchfab. how the hell I know if the files not support it?? , and I cant check it!!
you rather let us see the files or better to remove all the files and tell us to upload it again…

Same here. My asset was “live” but i needed to change screenshots in listing.
after fixing screenshots - i’m constantly geting sanctions “status change” for “file type that is unsupported” and “declined” listing.
Gosh it’s an simple obj, how is it possible?
appeal doesn’t work - it’s automatically declines my appeal too.

I’m having the same problem, I just changed the price of an already approved product but now I can’t put it available because I received the “Sanction” but have no idea what file is unacceptable.
