I recently I purchased props set from the MarketPlace. I was seeking bit support from the creator to resolve the issue but they are not responding at all. What should I do know?
Content creators on the marketplace are commited to provide support for the packs they sell:

So if someone does not give support, just contact Epic about it and they will probably remove his content from the marketplace and give you a refund
Depends what kind of support it is, they’re not obliged to help you modify or add the content to your game, that’s up to you.
If however there’s a genuine problem with the assets when it comes to integrating them with any kind of project, then responsibility should probably fall back to the developer. That should rarely be the case though since Epic QA’s everything that goes on Marketplace.
I would encourage all content creators to try and be active community members though, it only makes the world a better place (:

John is correct we do ask that all content creators support their customers. NotReal, when you get a chance can you please PM me the details of the issues you’re having and the channels in which you’ve tried to reach the seller about this issue (e-mail, Skype, forum, etc.)?
