What should I do before Publishing my game?

hello everyone
we have a small team of game dev. and artists , we are about to publish our first Cinematic trailer
Now my Question is DO WE NEED TO talk to epic game / unreal engine team about this ?
Or when we need to talk to them about our game ? OR DO WE EVEN have to ?

I mean I can NOT find a link/email to contact them , because I worried if epic does not like it .

You only have to deal with Epic if you manage over $100K in sales. You certainly don’t need to talk to anyone before releasing a trailer.
