What replaced "Latch to Nearest" fuction in the new cloth sim

I’m trying to drive a high poly mesh with a low poly mesh for use in simulating cloth with thickness.

Yes, you just need to set up two materials and two pieces of geo, one proxy geo and your thick piece. So make a flat proxy mesh with its unique material and export that with your main geo. Once in unreal apply your cloth setting to the proxy, then when your happy apply those saved setting to the thick piece.
