What poly count is standard for a stylized model in Unreal 4?

There is no set industry standard for character models, no. However, depending on the type of project you are doing performance is a major contributing factor into how many polys you want to have per object. For a single scene, ArcViz, or cinematic piece you will be able to get more polys in than if you are creating a game, as a game has much more going on that requires more space. That isn’t to say you CAN’T run high poly models in a game, and in some games you can have 100,000 to 200,000 polys per character. For most games, however, you are probably going to want to keep it around the 10,000-30,000 range. The only truly hard limit you have is for mobile, which cannot render more than 700,000 verts per scene and only 64,000 per object/character.
