This game is called Glass Masquerade 2. I like the shards type of puzzle pieces and was looking for what this is exactly called and whether there’s an asset available on the marketplace to jumpstart my development for such a game?

It’s a (modified) jigsaw puzzle.
You can create your own 2D/2.5D images OR purchase some and cut them up either in a Unreal or some other modeler program.
This may get you close to what you want:
But I’d wait until NEXT TUESDAY, because it will almost certainly be 50% - 70% off.
