Hello!
The price of my asset in dollars is 65.99. The price in rubles is 4419.49. The official rate is now 1 dollar ~ = 57 rubles. $ 65.99 * 57 = 3761 rubles. Please comment.

New Russian law enforcing foreign companies to pay 15% VAT starting from 2017.
66$(base price) + 10$(15%) = 76$ which is roughly what Russian users will see.
